Mount Olive Baptist Church of Live Oak, FL (MTOBC) is seeking God's wisdom and direction as we search for a full-time Senior Pastor. Our Senior Pastor of 14+ years retired, and we are looking for someone to lead and shepherd our congregation and community.
MTOBC is rural, North Florida church, located in Suwannee County. Our church is supported by committed staff, deacons, lay-leaders, and members. MTOBC is on mission to disciple believers, minister to the needs of the body, and evangelize the lost in our community, while supporting worldwide efforts.
We desire a Senior Pastor to lead and guide us in service to the Kingdom, to the glory of God.

The Pastor Search Committee will prayerfully review resumes and seek a set of semi-finalist candidates for further discussions. The smaller group will be narrowed to the top three candidates.
The Committee will begin interviews with the top candidate and progress through multiple interviews as the Lord ordains.
The Committee will continue interviews until a call is made to our next pastor.
